LANDS INCREASES REVENUE COLLECTION TO EIGHT BILLION

 Mr. Zablon Mabea. Commissioner of Lands
Revenue in the Ministry of Lands has risen from a KSH800, 000,000 in 2006/007 financial year to over 8billion in 2010/2011 financial year.
Revealing this at Ardhi House, the Commissioner of Lands Mr. Zablon Mabea said that following the introduction of franking machines in August last year, revenue collection had risen from an average daily collection of KSH18 million to KSH40 million presently.
